Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group has represented Priority Care Properties, LLC in buying 1.79 acres (77,972 square feet) of land from North Oak Medical Park II, LLC located at 94th Street & North Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri. Patrick T. Coppinger of Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer.

Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group has represented Foust, LLC in selling 1.5 acres (65,340 square feet) of land to Franklin Land Associates, LLC located at 1001 and 1001 ½ North 3rd Street, Lawrence, Kansas. Marilyn Bittenbender of Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller.
