Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group maintains a construction department of highly qualified tenant finish experts. This service is utilized on a number of the buildings we currently lease or manage, as well as on a third party basis. Since 1986, Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group has completed more than $68 million of work and over 3.5 million square feet of commercial space. Essentially, Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group acts as general contractor to perform the tenant finish work. We coordinate architectural drawings and will bid each subcontract component of the tenant finish plan to be constructed. Several benefits accrue by using in-house tenant finish contracting.
